Your skills and Background:

  • Education level: High school

  • Minimum of 5 years’ tower experience

  • Must have ability to operate a computer with familiarity in Microsoft Office Suites and Adobe.

 Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading a team of tower hands in order to complete installation of carriers on new build and existing towers.

  • Ability to erect various tower types.

  • Instruct and follow all OSHA and Company Safety procedures.

  • The ability to give direction to Crane Operators engaged in hoisting and moving loads, to ensure the safety of others and material handled.

  • Responsible for quality and safety of all work being performed on site.

  • Perform tower modifications, inspections, inventories and audits.

  • Ability to read a compass, set azimuths and down tilts per specifications

  • Responsible for daily reporting

  • Responsible for administering the daily safety briefings on site with crew members, maintaining safety logs, JSA's.

  • Responsible for completing closeout packages for sites after site completion.

  • Maintains company vehicle (if provided) and assigned equipment.

  • Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions

Additional Information:

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings that include, but aren’t limited to: drug and criminal background screening

  • Must have a valid driver's license- be insurable and able to operate a company vehicle

  • 100% travel required.  Must be able to travel outside of local market and any state across the U.S., possibly for weeks at a time. (Hotel costs are covered and per diem provided)

  • Must be able to work OT and weekends as required

This position is Non-Exempt based on the FLSA laws. Our company uses third party background check services during the hiring process.
